Our Approach

When a vendor decides to sell his/her property through The Moore Company it is often because he/she knows they will be dealing with the owners of the business. Either Gary Reed or David Evans personally supervise the Sale of every property.
 
WHAT TO EXPECT

  • After the initial inspection of your property an assessment of value is submitted.
  • A verbal (or if required, written) recommendation of ways in which to optimise the appeal of your property is made.
  • A detailed marketing proposal is presented which includes:-
    • Marketing schedule and advertising budget
    • Strategies for introducing prospective buyers to the property.
  • Vendors are provided with regular reports of the level of buyer interest. All expressions of interest are submitted either verbally or in writing.
  • The property Sale is negotiated in accordance with the vendor's instructions. 

BEYOND THE EXPECTED 
   
Because we never loose sight of the fact that we are operating a service business, we go beyond the expected for our vendors. For example, some of the services we provide are as follows:-

  • Arranging tradespeople to carry out repairs and/or maintenance.
  • Flowers to be arranged during open for inspections and Auction day.
  • Arranging editorial features in relevant media.
  • Furniture hire if necessary.
  • Preparation of legal documentation and referral to solicitors specialising in property sales.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
  
Our commitment and service does not diminish once we have negotiated the final sale. This is often of particular interest to vendors who have been relocated interstate.
  
We can continue to arrange cleaning, property maintenance and gardening services should a vendor so require, right up until settlement. We will arrange the final inspection for the purchaser and the handing over of the keys.
