Whether managing an investment property or managing a landlord's own home (as we do for many of our clients who are relocated interstate or overseas), we look after their property with the care and commitment as if it were our own. Once a property is leased and prior to handing over access, we always prepare a comprehensive written and photographic Condition Report. All approved tenants receive a thorough briefing and sign off on these reports as part of our leasing process. During a 12 month lease agreement we always carry out a full inspection of a property at least twice during the period. If issues arise we deal with them at that time. As part of our service we handle all maintenance on behalf of our landlords. We engage a team of quality tradespeople and personally supervise all work to ensure competent delivery. When a tenant vacates a property at the end of the lease period, the property is fully inspected and an assessment is prepared against the original Condition Report. We are totally committed to ensuring tenants leave the property in the condition that it was when they first moved in. We provided our landlords with detailed monthly statements including all supplier invoices where agreed and approved work has been carried. Our services also include providing a detailed annual management report for the financial year for taxation purposes.
