The Moore Company was established in 1990. Two of the founding members - Gary Reed and David Evans continue to run the business and over the past 11 years have developed it into the highly professional and well regarded real estate practice it is known as today.
Raelene Ralph who has been with the company for 10 years and has had many years experience within the industry, heads up the Property Management Division.
Based in Bay Street, Brighton, our core business is principally in residential Sales and Property Management, however we also provide expertise in the Commercial Real Estate sector. More recently, our Buying Advice & Negotiating Service has supported and assisted a number of our clients to successfully negotiate and purchase property in today's competitive market environment.
Although we are located in Brighton, with a significant proportion of our business conducted in the area and surrounding Bayside suburbs, our sphere of influence stretches well beyond these boundaries. Primarily as a consequence of repeat business from satisfied vendors and landlords and strong referral business, we have a high level of knowledge and experience in most of inner suburban Melbourne.
OUR OPERATING PHILOSOPHY
We conduct all our business within the Code of Conduct as set out by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. However, above and beyond that, we maintain a standard of professional integrity that, we believe sets us apart from our competitors. Honesty and openness are a priority of the company.
Our vendors and landlords constantly acknowledge our preparedness to do that bit extra, whether its organising a tradesperson or negotiating the final sale.
Essentially, achieving the most successful outcome for our vendors and landlords is what we are about - and in doing so we are committed to the belief that 'Nothing is impossible'.
