If you have a maintenance issue at the property you are renting, we require that you send the request to us in writing.
This can be done in one of three ways:
- By using the email form at the bottom of this page with a detailed description of what the issue is that requires attention or emailing [email protected] with the details.
- By completing the maintenance form you were given when you moved into the property or writing a detailed description of the issue and faxing it to the office on 03 9596 4371.
- By completing the maintenance request form you were given when you moved into the property and bringing it into the office at 409 Bay Street, Brighton.
If it is an emergency, please contact our office to notify us of your maintenance issue and to obtain further instructions.
