The Moore Company was established in 1990. Over the past 30 years, the co founders, Gary Reed and David Evans have developed the business into the highly professional and well regarded real estate practice it is known as today.
Based in Bay Street, Brighton, the business is strong in both residential and commercial Sales, Leasing and Property Management, however we also provide expertise in the Commercial Real Estate sector.
Although we are located in Brighton, with a significant proportion of our business conducted in the area and surrounding Bayside suburbs, our sphere of influence stretches well beyond these boundaries.
OUR OPERATING PHILOSOPHY
We conduct all our business within the Code of Conduct as set out by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. However, above and beyond that, we maintain a standard of professional integrity that, we believe sets us apart from our competitors. Honesty and openness are a priority of the company.
Our vendors and landlords constantly acknowledge our preparedness to do that bit extra, whether its organising a tradesperson or negotiating the final sale.
